Capture Drive File Stream logs for support

Capture log files (Windows) Open an Explorer window, click the address bar, and paste: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\DriveFS Compress the Logs folder. Provide Logs.zip to your support agent.

Capture log files (Mac) In Finder, click Go and then Go to Folder, or press Command+Shift+G. In the Go to Folder window, paste: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/DriveFS/Logs Click Go. Right-click Logs and select Compress. Provide Logs.zip to your support agent.
